Dr. Pamela Daniels

Dr. Pamela Daniels graduated cum laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 1997, after which she founded Transformations: A Chiropractic Studio in service to the San Jose and South Bay area. In the years since, she has completed over 4,000 hours of continuing education, obtained her Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician accreditation (Palmer College, 2004), and become a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic and Neurology Board (Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies, 2011). In 2015 she became a Fellow of the American Board of Brain Injury and Rehabilitation (Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies, 2015), completed the TBI Concussion program (Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies), and received her Master of Sciences in Clinical Neuro-Science (Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies, 2022). In November of 2021 she was appointed to the California State Board of Chiropractic Examiners by Governor Gavin Newsom.

Dr. Daniels’ professional path grew from the inspiration she felt while receiving chiropractic care for an injury sustained in college, which caused her to turn away from her original plan to study engineering. Since then her curiosity has led her to become certified in a variety of therapies including Active Release Technique, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Cox Flexion Distraction, Personal Training, Trager Therapy, Instrument Adjusting, Myofascial Release, and Graston Technique, all of which she incorporates into daily practice. She has also studied Nutrition, Feldenkrais, Applied Kinesiology, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Rolfing, Pilates, Ergonomics, various exercise systems, and is a certified Pilates instructor. Dr. Daniels enjoys finding novel combinations of treatments for complex problems. Her curiosity and use of diverse treatment modalities underscore her overriding passion, which is to make lasting improvements in the lives of her patients.

When she’s not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time at her home on the beach, running, dance, yoga, hiking, biking, personal development, photography, and cooking delicious gluten-free and dairy-free recipes from around the world.

Darci Patient Care Facilitator

A familiar face at the front desk since 2005, Darci first joined Transformations as a patient herself. Now she provides extra support in the doctor’s office, as well as assisting patients with scheduling appointments, ordering supplements, and navigating after-care.

Darci enjoys working and living in San Jose, and is also a volunteer at Relay for Life. In her free time she explores local farmer’s markets, visits with family and friends, and enjoys the company of her husband, two grown daughters (who live in Seattle), as well as her dog, cat, and a tortoise.

Lily Patient Contact

Lily makes sure your experience as a patient is a seamless one, from the moment you’re booked in to when you get home and review notes on your new exercises and/or supplements. She discovered Transformations while following her interest in health and wellness, which continues to inspire her to stay active as she travels, spends time with friends and family, and runs around with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Most recently she enjoys learning Scottish Highland dancing with her daughter - if you’re lucky, she might give you a lesson while you wait for your appointment.

Cheryl Patient Contact

If your doctor has sent you home with some new stretches to try out, Cheryl is the one you’ll want to speak to! The office go-to for exercise execution and postural form, she ensures that each patient leaves the office feeling prepared for the next step in their fitness-supported health journey.
